Shipping & Payment Policy:
* Spend $100 and Shipping is FREE! (Up to 12 lbs. within US) International Buyers will receive 25% off shipping (over $100)
* We combine shipping on all purchases (So, PLEASE wait to pay
until you have finished with all purchasing or we cannot discount your
shipping costs!)
* We prefer payments through PayPal which accepts Visa, Master
Card, Discover, American Express and eCheck. If outside the United
States we ask that payments be made through PayPal. We do accept Checks
or Money Orders, however please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for
shipping. We do NOT accept foreign money orders due to the bank fees
imposed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Each Package comes with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number.
* We charge actual weight for PRIORITY MAIL (no "handling fee"), so combined shipping will save you money.
* First Class US Mail is available for items totaling less that 13 ounces.
* We take great care in our packaging and mark all items as fragile.
* We STRONGLY Recommend Shipping Insurance on these fragile items!
Insurance for US Shipping is $1.65 up to $50 and $2.05 for $50 to
$100; $2.45 for $100-$200 and $4.60 for $200-$300. Each $100 over this
is an additional $.90 per $100.

* We will gladly accept returns for the following reason:
Items do not meet advertised description or damaged
* All items sold at Nature Company are in stock at the time of
purchase. Due to the fragile nature of our products, on a rare
occasion, a piece may become damaged. If this happens, we will contact
you immediately to make arrangements.
